We've been addressing this question since we've opened the shop 4 years ago.

Don't buy a moped without a title or some way to obtain a title or it can be quite an extensive process. A receipt or a bill of sale does not count as a title.

All motor vehicles that are driven on the street in Texas must be registered, inspected, insured, and titled including mopeds.

All riders of Mopeds must have the appropriate license to drive said vehicle - class m with moped restriction

The Action City Rockers are hosting a vintage moped rally in Austin this Halloween weekend! Austin Mopeds will be closed for this event Saturday the 31st through Monday the 2nd.
